I’m Susi and I write as a guest blogger for DesignShuffle.com, a fabulous social media site that promotes interior designers and their work from around the world. My writing focuses on things I'm passionate about: interior design, decorating ideas, home furnishings, gardening, travel and art. I get to look at gorgeous things all day and write about them. I'm a very lucky girl!

I loved Jen's post on Oversized Mirrors and was inspired to find more fabulous over scale mirrors. We have a six foot vertical mirror leaning against the wall in our living room. And our (very handsome) dog likes to look at himself in it. Hope you enjoy more oversize mirrors. Thanks for letting me visit!

Overscale mirrors do not always have to be hung vertically. This oversized mirror, hung horizontally, expands the room.

An oversized mirror hung above a piece of case furniture can draw the eye upward to highlight a high ceiling as well as make the space feel bigger.

Oversized mirrors with shaped frames can become architectural elements in the room. The size of this mirror makes it feel like another window.

A dark, moody bedroom design benefits from the reflective light of an oversized mirror. Love the warm, rich wood of the mirror frame against the charcoal walls.

Love the mix of the French antique white painted mirror and Saarinen tulip table. The ornament of the mirror is nicely balanced against the sleek table by the chairs.

Love the mirrored frame of this oversized mirror. It makes the entire mirror blend into the room. Love the sparkle against the dark wood walls.

This pair of architectural wood mirrors is amazing. I'd be happy with just one.

This huge mirror behind a floating vanity is one of those super brilliant bathroom design ideas for a small bath or powder room. Love how it is framed in black wood to feel more like a wall mirror than a mirrored wall.

Thanks to Susi for some really great inspiration pictures!!
