Wallpaper's Many Functions

Wallpaper can really add a lot of style and design to a room, but can also be on the pricey side. I found some unique uses for wallpaper that really "make" the space while not breaking the bank.

Here Sarah Richardson uses wallpaper on the top half of the wall. She added an architectural detail to the bottom half. This creates a break so that it doesn't feel overwhelming in the space, but still looks elegant.

I like this idea of backing a bookshelf with wallpaper. It's very cost effective, you only have to do a small portion, and it gives a custom look to an off the rack piece of furniture.

This use of wallpaper is more of an art piece than wall application. By framing wallpaper it gives you that original art look for less money than purchasing original art.

Covering the inlaid part of doors is one of my favorite applications for wallpaper!

And lastly the ceiling. There's not much to cover here so the price point should be pretty low.
